Excellent Service
All the staff at Samuel-Wood have been nothing but polite, professional, thoughtful and supportive throughout. I would definitely recommend their services. The reason for five star’s throughout was in answer to the direct questions asked in the questionnaire and the reason for 4 star’s overall, was because of the question not asked, ´Value for Money’. Personally, I feel Estate Agents in general charge too much for the services delivered, however I gave 4 star’s to Samuel-Wood as they were prepared to negotiate the costs. I highly recommend them!

Sale of Property
I have bought and sold property in the past through Samuel Wood, so I knew we could rely on the professionalism of Andrew and his team. Having recently sold a property, I would like to thank the Ludlow office, especially Vicki for all her hard work.
