Fantastic experience
I bought and sold through Samuel Wood and can recommend them without hesitation. They are consummate professionals who were a pleasure to work with.
My main dealings were with Russell, one of the co-owners, and Vicki, at the Craven Arms Office, both really lovely people. They and their colleagues were wonderfully helpful and made what might have been quite a stressful process rather enjoyable.
I hope I’ll not move again but if I do I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.

Great team of staff
Most people use Right Move or similar to search for property these days so what sets agents apart is the service and communication of the staff. The team at Samuel Wood were excellent on both counts throughout the process of selling my late Mother's house. Recommended.

Not being in the country with a lot of repairs & maintenance needed to our property it all has been organised by Gail who has kept us up to date managing a lot of trades etc.
