Here is some information that is useful for tenants.
Application Process
Please find below a link to our online application form:
An application should be completed by all adults who will reside at the property. Please forward this link to anyone who needs to fill it in.
If you cannot finish the online application, you can save a partially filled in form and return to it later. If you would like to add any additional information that you think would aid your application, there is a space at the very end of the form to do so.
You will be asked to provide a screenshot/document showing your credit score. You can obtain a free credit score from one of the providers below:
Once we receive your application, we will acknowledge it so that you know it arrived safely.
When can you expect to know the answer? We aim to get back to you the same day if possible but are dependent on how much time a landlord may need to decide (and this can vary considerably, especially if there are multiple applications for the same property). However, as soon as we have an answer, we will make sure to inform you of their decision. We understand that it is important for you to know.

TENANTS CONTENTS INSURANCE
Landlords are obliged to insure the building and any fixtures and fittings but it is the tenant's responsibility to insure the contents and their personal possessions. We can suggest insurers who will offer such cover if required.
Fees (tenancies entered into after 1st june 2019)
RENT ARREARS Interest payable from 14 days after rent is due at 3% per annum above the Bank of England base rate
LOST KEYS/SECURITY DEVICES Chargeable at cost (evidence of actual cost will be supplied)
VARIATION TO TENANCY Fee £50.00 (including VAT) or reasonable costs if higher
EARLY TERMINATION FEE Maximum fee charged equal to the total rent outstanding
