Samuel Wood have been easy to deal with. Not being in the country with a lot of repairs & maintenance needed to our property it all has been organised by Gail who has kept us up to date managing a lot of trades etc. Gail has been a pleasure to deal with, she has been efficient & reliable.

Samuel Wood marketed both our old and new homes. Communication was excellent and the staff (especially Sue) worked hard to make sure everything went through as smoothly as possible keeping in regular contact with all parties including solicitors. We were kept up to date on progress at all stages.
