End of Term Test

End of Term Test
This has nothing to do with Estate Agency so please stop reading if you were expecting some update on the property market. I bought my wife a labrador last year so she could accompany me on my rural pursuits. I have been training dogs for quite some years and always thought I had done quite a decent job. However, the other day was the end of term test for our local training class, a keenly awaited event in the Wood household. Sadly for me but with high jubilation for Julia, she came first. I would rather not say where I came in the competition but it was lower than 7th and higher
than 9th!

The challenge has been set so, as I can’t beat her at my sport, I am going into the kitchen and baking a cake to enter in the local show – watch this space.

Bridge St, Clun
I mentioned the other week how successful we had been in selling properties in Clun.  One, however, which we have been unable to sell is Bridge House. It is a lovely grade II Listed property, a short distance from the village centre and has beautiful character accommodation of 2 Reception Rooms, one with inglenook fireplace and 4 Bedrooms over 3 floors.
Recently reduced to £230,000, an internal viewing is a must.
