The Great British Bake Off
Those sad readers who have been following my blog for sometime may recall that after my wife beat me at a dog competition I took her on at baking at the local show and 2 years ago got a second with my cake. (Sadly last years was cancelled due to the weather) but on a glorious Bank Holiday Monday I am pleased to report not only did I get a first with my dog I also took first prize with my Chocolate and Mayonnaise cake with my wife sadly only taking third. (She says she didn’t do her best as she didn’t want to upstage me!). Virtual Tours I wrote recently about the myriad of information that is accessible to potential buyers of houses with google views, floor plans, extensive photographs etc. and the resulting reduction in the number of viewings by prospective purchasers as a result. Well to add to that we are trialling virtual tours, a panoramic view of a property at the click of a button. These are prepared by a local company from Ludlow run by a young chap called Dave Atkins. Have a look at a property on the market with us at Clunton and do let me know what you think. Record Sales Finally I have been down to the wine merchants again this month as we have for the fifth month running clocked up over 50 sales, and I am very happy to reward the staff with a small gesture of a bottle of bubbly for their efforts.
