Following completion of a sale last week, we received this from the sellers:-

Now that all the dust has settled I want to pen a note to you and your staff.
From the moment that you first started to market our property I knew that we had picked the right team to sell Mum's house. You have always been most courteous and professional to Mum and myself, offering the best advice possible.
